"TO ME-IT'S NOT JUST WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY. I LIKE TO THINK OF IT AS BEING A HISTORIAN. THESE MOMENTS, THESE MEMORIES... THEY NEED TO LAST BEYOND A LIFETIME-AND I GET TO BE A PART OF THAT "
There's a saying, that once you've successfully done something for more than 10 years you're allowed to consider yourself an expert. The fact that Pepper has spent 16 years capturing the most important day of people's lives might mean she is a level 10 expert at wedding photography.
All jokes aside, Pepper's work speaks for itself. She's nationally recognized, with her incredible work making appearances on ABC's Good morning America, KTVX TV's Good Things Utah, and has won Utah's Best of State award for Wedding Photography 6 Times, including 2016 (cross your fingers for 2017!). Her work is constantly featured both in print, and online in popular Bridal Publications in the US and beyond.
But Pepper is so much more than the awards. She truly has a passion for the evocative power of the photographic image. Creating incredible memories from every moment on a wedding day-the small but powerful-as well as the larger than life-fuel her mission to make sure every client steps into her future with heirloom images to share with future generations.
In addition to weddings, Pepper started a headshot project, with the goal of shooting 1000 head shots. This number was quickly surpassed and the new goal was 10,000. This project is has flourished into another part of her business and while it continues to grow, she uses the project to assist people in need to have a great headshot with which to use to reset their lives and to help create opportunity for themselves and their futures.
"every single bride-every single relationship is different. Being a part of these amazing weddings, is a connection to humanity I'm simply blessed to have." -Pepper
