Goodbye Mexico [day 4]
by Pepper
Day Four – The wedding may have been over but the party still went on. Everyone gathered the next day for brunch and laughed about what happened the previous night … some could remember more than others
And eventually, the goodbye’s began to increase. Although the days seemed to fly by, the memories of them kept us smiling as we traveled back home again.
The brunch was very simple and casual and everyone was really mellow after staying out so late the night before. It was a fitting ending to an unforgettable week!

I put together a slideshow of a few pictures we’d taken over the week so everyone could see how amazing everything looked.

Someone gave Lindsay and Johann these little Korean dolls that are supposed to represent husband and wife. Apparently they assist in communication – when you are angry with your spouse you face the doll away. No one really thinks Johann and Lindsay have a communication problem, but the dolls are a funny idea and they made everyone laugh.

We had some extra time so, I was able to do a portrait session of Johann and Lindsay in her amazing dress. Johann refused to put on his suit again, he doesn’t like to wear a suit and only did it because it was his wedding day. I promised him he didn’t have to wear it so, it made him excited to take some more pictures.

Thank you for inviting me to photograph your wedding. It was beautiful. Congratulations and best wishes for the future!

OMG Pepper THAT WAS THE BEST!!!!!!!!! What a treat, after all of this time to re-live our wedding festivities via your journal blog. What fun. I am amazed with all of the details you caught, the stories you listened to, then re-told (like me pissing on Johann, nice!)… Thank you, that was exactly what I needed to perk me up today. You are the best wedding photographer a Bride could ever hope for!! XOXO, Lindsay
