Album Monday | Three Volume Set
by Pepper
Occasionally, in my line of work, I have the privilege of working with amazing couples that require, for various reasons, that their wedding day be kept private. Many of my brides love the bragging rights that come with being published in a magazine or on a blog, but when I do have the honor of working with someone who has a public image to maintain, or who have guests with the same requirement, I will do everything in my power to make sure that a couple’s special day is kept for only themselves.
So for the first time, this Monday I am showing you only the beautiful Albums we created for this bride and her husband, but not any of the images inside. I am thankful that she is willing to let me share her Albums with you, and I hope you are not disappointed by not being able to see the amazing wedding or her custom-made Oscar de la Renta wedding gown! Hopefully the beauty of these Albums will be able to convey in some small part the stunning event captured in its pages.
We had a lot of pictures that the couple very much wanted to have in their Albums, and there were too many for a single Volume, so we designed a three volume set. The first volume was the Preparations for the day, as well as the Wedding Ceremony. The second Volume was all Family Portraits and the pictures of the Wedding Party and the Bride & Groom. The final volume is of the details from the reception, the Cocktail Hour, and the Reception itself.
We wanted to do something a bit different, so we made each volume a different but complementary color. Then, to tie them all together, we had the same accent put on each, but in a different location, so that someone picking one of them up would immediately know which Volume of the set they were handling.
Volume 1 is Dulce de Leche leather, with cu29 as a top-weighted horizontal accent panel.
Volume 2 is Drifter leather, with cu29 as a center-weighted horizontal accent panel.
Volume 3 is Shroom leather, with cu29 as a lower-weighted horizontal accent panel.

cu29 was used as the Accent panel in all three volumes, and I think it added just the right touch of bling, the perfect reflection of this couple’s wedding day, elegant with the right amount of bling! cu29 is named after the Atomic Weight of Copper, so although at first I thought it would be a difficult name to remember, I am at heart a science geek so it was no problem!

I think Drifter is my new favorite leather EVER. The above shot shows the color of Drifter, while this next shot shows the grain. It’s very smooth, like butter, and if I could have a closet full of leather clothes, believe me, they would all be made out of Drifter!

Shroom has a standard cowhide grain.

And Dulce de Leche looks standard, but is extraordinarily soft.

Thank you so much, I wish I could show you more, but let your imagination run wild – it truly was a spectacular event!!
Love, Pepper

Ooooooo! Pepper has a top-secret mystery celebrity client that she can’t talk about! Oooooooo! We’re not worthy!
Its probably like the Pope or something. You can see why they’d want to keep the Pope’s getting married under wraps….

OMG, how did you know that I shot the Pope’s wedding?!

Your life is so cool, and so is your table. Seriously perfect table for this album. If I were you, I’d give it to your celebrity bride as a bribe, and then show us the inside photos. PLLLLLEEEEEEASSSEEEE!!!!!!

Jennifer, I would be happy to bribe my bride into allowing me to show her wedding images, but I am just not willing to give up my custom coffee table. I just can’t do it.
